Seed Saving Class
Ever wondered how you can develop even more sustainability in your garden? This free class will go over the basics of how to save your own seeds for future planting. Learn the difference between hybrid and open-pollinated varieties. Several seed saving techniques will be covered.

Home Food Preservation
Overwhelmed by tomatoes and cucumbers? Wish that you could enjoy local berries & peaches year-round? Learn to make the most of your harvest by using home preservation techniques. We will cover basic canning techniques, as well as pickling and jam-making. Participants will get to take home supplies to get started with canning.

Registration required. $20 fee per participant covers basic supplies for participants to get started canning.
