Join the Urban Gardening Coalition for another Foxfire Friday Workshops. Dairy Madness! Participants will learn hands-on how to make both yogurt and a simple quick cheese in their own homes. And local farmer Carl Spain will bring some examples of hard cheeses he’s been crafting. Bring your own recipes – if you’ve experienced the joy of working with dairy.
