The Heart of Texas Urban Gardening Coalition (HOT UGC), a 501(c)3 charitable nonprofit, partners with numerous community organizations in and around Waco – planting gardens and building relationships – at the grassroots level.  Using the garden as our gathering grounds, the HOT UGC strengthens the local food system, improves access to healthy food, and empowers folks to grow their own.

  • Mar 15th 12-2 Lunch with the Masters: Bee Friendly Gardening at the Carleen Bright Arboretum-Pavilion. Bring your lunch, open to anyone!
